Great staff! Made a a difficult time so much more encouraging! I love the staff they are so personable! Couldn’t imagine going through the tough times without them!!
I have driven by this place many years and I never thought that one day I would have to walk through those doors! Nevertheless the nurses and staff (I won't list names for fear of overlooking someone but they know who they are) made this one year's journey a bliss!! I love love love them and I have gained a family for life. Thank you all so much for the quality of care, love and laughter that you have given me and my mom!!
Staff are friendly enough however poor sanitization practices, I have witnessed uncovered urine samples in their visibly soiled “lab area” multiple times. There is a sign posted saying masks are required but they allow people in the waiting area, that isn’t sanitized regularly, without masks. Unfortunately this is the only oncology center in the area so people don’t really have a choice.
