I love the staff here, the nurses, the PCTs, and last but not least, the front desk staff.
I love the staff here, the nurses, the PCTs, and last but not least, the front desk staff. Britney does and always has done an excellent job. Whenever I call and have a problem, she takes care of it. She's always in a good mood when I see her, and her face is the first one I see when I'm walking past her window to come in, and the last face I see when I leave out. Horrible attitudes amongst staff. Can't imagine how they treat their patients.

I get regular infusions at Upper Valley Cancer Care center. I am extremely satisfied with how I have been treated. The individual treatment rooms are very nice and always clean. I have never been treated rudely by staff. Staff have always comforted me and even provided me with sample protein drinks when I wasn't eating well. Nurses and aids always seem genuinely concerned about my health, which isn't always the case at doctors offices. The office is calming and easy to schedule/express concerns or questions.
