Check in experience is extremely chaotic & confusing.
I would like to give this office a 5 star rating but I can't. Dr Aktar is great but his staff and the office are subpar. You call and call and call and leave messages and no one calls you back. Have to call more than once to get a prescription refilled and when they do call back you are given a hassle by the office staff and manager. If you can avoid this place DO AT ALL COST! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Wow! Dr Akthar & his PA are top notch! He explained everything with no regard for time! I loved that he had a dry erase board & he drew what he thinks is going on! He gave me a piece of the knowledge he has. GREAT DR! The entire staff made me very comfortable.
Won't. Get back with my husband about his blood work he is sick and no one is helping him. I would like the directors email for the Shelby township office. If any can help.
