Called as a new patient trying to find out if they take my insurance and the lady who picked up was EXTREMELY rude and quite unprofessional. She was very short and condescending and spoke to me like I was one of her children.. I called back to ask for the office manager because I wanted to call a complaint about how I was spoken to and she got nasty with me asking "why are you calling back, you need to learn how to find in network providers... Dr. Meelu is extremely pleasant. I’ve been going here for a few years now and he’s very thorough. Very understanding he listens and puts together the best possible treatment plan for you. The staff has always been very friendly and easy to work with as well.
The person who answers the front desk phone is rude. While trying to pay a bill all morning, no one answered the phone in that department. When I called the front desk to inquire, the lady was rude. She advised me that the person does get days off in a rude tone. Like I was supposed to know one person runs the billing department and that she was off. The voice mail should have stated that. If people don't have good customer service skills, they should not take customer service jobs. You would think they would be glad someone... read more
