This is the type of pizza I grew up eating. As an Italian and a New Yorker, nothing else will do! It's thin and they cook the cheese properly and the pizza is SALTY. In the best way. Delicious! They also have gf personal pizzas with a cauliflower crust.. just great. Anyone who says staff isn't friendly - maybe they're just busy. It's how New Yorkers are :) SOME OF US GET IT!
I have gotten pizza tgere for many years. I like Cancelleri, his wife and other staff. The service is prompt and friendly. I also like the pizza.
Being from New York City and loving pizza, whenever I travel whether near or far away I’m always on the lookout for good a good slice or a hero. Well, if you’re in Kerhonkson, NY or passing through stop-in at the Cancelliere Pizzeria. I got a chicken parmigiana sandwich and it was exactly what I wanted to eat.
Pickup order: Got a pepperoni and sausage pizza, which was super good. The sausage is sliced, but, like, thin and it goes well with the pepperoni. Garlic bread is decent, no frills. Cut into 1-ish inch slices. Garden salad was decent, we asked to add cucumber. Wings are decent size. 10 in an order.
