When I arrived at the facility I felt welcomed and prioritized. The person who worked with me was very helpful and informative and gave me some very helpful tips. Also, the administrative team has done an excellent job throughout the process. Thank you.
Incredible customer service. I had an issue with the laser and they were prompt in offering solutions over the phone, which I got it working When we purchased the machine, they took the time to teach us how to use it and answer all of our questions.

Can-Cam customer service and sale teams are beyond phenomenal to deal with and they always go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. I purchased my first laser engraver a Mira 7 through them and the machine is top notch and best laser engraver dealer I ever dealth with. I strongly recommend them!
