Very happy with the service provided from Cancade's. Bryan was the project manager for my smallish project but everything went like clockwork. Very happy with each and every staff member that I had any contact with. If I was told the workers would be at my place at a certain date and time, they were. Project was completed on time. I would wholeheartedly recommend Cancade for your own restoration work and if needed in the future, I would not hesitate to engage them again.
Aug 9 3024, claim started because hot water tank emptied in my basement, took 2 weeks for them to come in and rip out, then didn't dry for another 8 days,, that was early Sept, now Oct 29, and nothing has been done, they keep saying sorry but really will never deal with concade again
This was the company that was hired to do my insurance work in the kitchen of my house. Every single one of the crew members were super amazing and super friendly. Was great chatting with them when they were on their breaks. They did an amazing job fixing my kitchen, and getting it back to a livable condition. I'm very pleased with the work that was done, and I would definitely say they're very good at what they do.
Rudest most ignorant project managers and schedulers. Chad McNish doesn’t understand how moisture and mold work. They delayed work to the point that after 3 months it had not started and I gave up on his 2nd walk through with him talking over me and saying mold can’t be making me sick and the mold wasn’t related to water damage and moisture sitting for 5 months.
