No customer service or accountability!! We had new lawn put in around march 2024, from the very first month after purchasing the house water bills was outrageous . I was forced to cut on the water so because food on the table was the most important. I contacted them multiple times and they would ensure me that I’m using quite a bit of water. Only utility company I know that causes power outages on sunny days. Then when you call they either hang up on you or say "I don't know" . A bunch of clueless SOB.
