Canceled service prior to moving, but was charged the entire month. When I called to ask about it, I was told there was nothing that could be done and I had to pay the full bill.
This company make zero sense. They provide no due dates, they threaten to disconnect your power without calling or anything. My bill is past due 2 days and they are sending me disconnection warnings. Wish we had a different service out here. These guys absolutely suck
In trying to figure out why or any information about a power outage - there wasn't anything provided. For an entire city. Nothing. Their website is a jumbled mess of outdated information (last outage was recorded and stated about a year ago), and they refuse to answer the phone or have an automated statement on their phone of what they are doing or even if they know what is going on. The fact that you can't setup autopay with a credit card online is pathetic.
Their payment system is totally pathetic, and also why is it that I can't schedule a payment out? It's 2026, right? Desperation isn't a good look for the City of Canby's utility department. It's also so sad that their customer service is a fat zero.
