No customer service or accountability!! We had new lawn put in around march 2024, from the very first month after purchasing the house water bills was outrageous . I was forced to cut on the water so because food on the table was the most important. I contacted them multiple times and they would ensure me that I’m using quite a bit of water. Are tap water smells heavily of Bleach. Our whole family Including our dogs, have fallen incredibly ill. Our Symptoms match bleach poisoning. When called to get this fixed , they said I needed to be the person on the account and tried to give me the run around. My lawyer is also taking test samples and taking them to a lab. One went to send someone from their company. to test our water . Can be utility gave them the wrong address. Shame !

Only utility company I know that causes power outages on sunny days. Then when you call they either hang up on you or say "I don't know" . A bunch of clueless SOB.
