We just moved here, so in addition to setting up our service we had some extra items to get rid of. Jan took care of us above and beyond the call, taking care of some special pick-ups and making sure we were happy. Wonderful, personal, customer service!
Hoodview Disposal has been great! I've only had an issue one time where there was a missed pick up, but their customer support person, Breanna Burns, was really helpful and went above and beyond to help me not only with missed pick up but with my account. They were able to pick up shortly after my call.
Drop box came and went on time. All great. Customer service was excellent.
Jan was great. Looking forward to starting service when we move into canby!
