We bought brand new house in Canby and for the first time in my life waste company brought us used garbage cans. Really ? Garbage service is extremely overpriced and not even new garbage can 🤦🏽♂️
The people answering the phones think they can argue with you. They think they know everything behind-the-scenes, when all they do is sit behind the phone. “The garbage guy missed my garbage today” Are you sure you put your can down in time? “ My recycling can is half full. The driver must’ve not dumped it all the way.” I’m gonna send you this training video on how to pack your garbage can. Whatever happened to the customer is always right?
