I only post honest reviews in Google and I welcome and challenge the management (Melissa or Kelly) to prove me wrong! If I could give zero stars, I would. I can confidently say that Melissa at Canberry would be the worst choice for selling your home. After an in person appraisal appointment I was left with zero follow up. She never called or emailed and it was left to me to try and chase her up for the appraisal report which still never arrived after 2 weeks. Save yourself the hassle and talk to literally any other agent in Canberra and I'm sure you'll receive better service.
