Not very good experience to deal with them.
Very disappointing experience. The agency knew I had overpaid in rent but still transferred the money to the landlord due to their own mistake. Instead of fixing it, they asked me to chase the landlord myself. Unprofessional and irresponsible. Tenants should be careful.
My rental property has been with Canberry for nearly 3 years now and the service I have received has been exceptional. Since Kanchan came on board last year, I have noticed a distinct improvement in communication and the level of service provided. Kanchan and the team are always prompt with my questions and resolving any issues I have had.
Highly unprofessional and rude. I booked an inspection with Melissa. She’s the director of Canberry. This was an inspection of a 2 bed unit in Harrison. She turned up to the appointment 30 min late. Melissa ghosted us after inspection and refused to send the contract. We are suspecting it’s due to wanting an investor, instead of someone looking for a home to live, so that she can keep getting commissions for rental.
