New tenants within 3 days. Kanchan and Melissa at Canberry are a great team. They look after all of the details of my two rental properties and keep me informed about changes, maintenance and other issues. If you are looking for an agent, give Canberry a go.
They are so unprofessional!! This woman “director of this company” made me wait for 30+ mins just to inspect a property for renting. She and her team called us saying the owner is prioritising our application since we are offering $10 extra, but after her fault and her rude attitude towards everything, we had a rejection on application!!! Well guess what, we are glad we are not renting through such unprofessional agents.
