Was driving from Sydney to Canberra and my engine light came on. I headed for the nearest VW Service centre at Belconnen. Asked for a check and a mechanic name David came out and plugged in his laptop and found the fault. He explained that it was safe to drive and explained the issue. Cannot explain how helpful he was. Thank you.

The team here have been helping me with VWs for 5 years and are always on point with their advice and diagnosis, find things others miss, tolerant of my late pickup record. Hard to get a booking for good reason, plan ahead as you'll need 3-4 weeks but worth the wait, or you'll end up here anyway to fix your car up after someone else doesn't quite hit the mark.
