Team was incredibly kind to both me and my cat in a recent visit, addressed my cat’s issue and pain well (and followed up out of hours to check in him), and in a previous, horribly difficult cat health situation in 2023 with my cat that unfortunately passed away, went above and beyond to make sure they had done everything they could, including letting me cry on a very understanding staff member (sorry Lisa). They also coordinate with my regular vet proactively, which is hugely helpful.

Nagget is a super shy girl, but all the caring staff were super professional at cats' behavior and preferences. The whole team is so warm, compassionate, and always provide the best treatment, communication, and emotion support to both me and Nagget. They also work effectively with your regular vet and makes it super easy for the following care af... read more
