Went to Gungahlin Toyota today as my battery was flat and needed changing. They did it on the spot for me and the service was amazing! Thanks again team you made my day!!
I have had multiple bad experiences with the service department. Most recently, I took my car with less than 10,000kms in for a recall. Once I got the car back, the air conditioner was not working anymore. Toyota refused to look at the car for approximately three weeks, even though they caused the issue. I'm still waiting now, without air conditioning.
