Excellent service team! Always professional and friendly. Services are done promptly and they don't seem to push you to do any extras - I love that approach. As a result, I always go back to Toyota to get car service done. Also, Andrew you are a legend mate! He compiled a detailed report and explained everything step-by-step; again, no fluff, straight to the point and clear. Love it! I had a really pleasant experience dealing with Richard (sales) and Tony (finance). Neither were pushy but both were very helpful. They made the process from start to finish very smooth and simple. They were friendly and straight to the point. The overall feel that they had reminded me of two people who work in a family owned business, and that care about their jobs. The interest rate is as very competitive. I’m very happy with my car and the service they provided.
Fitted me in for urgent testing and battery replacement. Great service.
Have recently purchased a brand new Corolla Cross - waited 6 months for it and paid a lot of money. Communication before the car arrived was great, however, when we took the car back because the security camera (that we paid an extra $2000+ for) wasn't working (and hadn't been working since we picked it up) they were very unhelpful. They have booked us in for someone to look at it 2 weeks time! Really disappointed in this after sales service, definitely won't be recommending them to friends or family.
Very disappointed with the service. I took my 2023 Toyota Camry for service on 17th March and mentioned that the fuel flap cover wasn’t opening. I was told the part would arrive in 3–5 business days and they would call me. I never got any call, so I followed up on 25th March and found out the part had already arrived — and they had booked an appointment for 13th April without even asking me.
