TLDR: The dealership was so focused on pressing the sale as quick and hard as possible that they could have actually made more money if they cared about what I wanted. I came in wanting to buy a GR Yaris, of the upper trim, but because that trim name changed between the first and second generation when I mistakenly asked for the upper trim of the previous generation I was told they were no longer being made (Rallye vs GTS). Professional service but were eventually pretty vague about delivery date
The staff were very attentive and accommodating for mobility issues. Appreciated having had car washed and vacuumed. Deeply grateful- thank you.
