Unfortunately have to echo the other reviewer. Caroline is great, however the exercises Kris recommended injured me and exercises he recommended post injury made the injuries worse, not better. I understand that Kris cannot control how someone does an exercise so it may well be that I just didn't do the exercise right, but I did show him how I was doing them and he approved the posture etc, plus I know someone else that's a patient of his who's also picked up an injury under his care (same exercise and method of injury). Let me say that this review is about a specific physio, rather than the establishment as a whole. I've seen Kryztof twice and he has been dismissive both times, the second time especially. Had a booking yesterday afternoon at 430. Last appointment of the day, I can understand wanting to get out, but he saw me in just under 20 minutes... He didn't even read my file (that Caroline had prepared and wrote up in advance for him to look at and was the only reason I came back), until I had already arrived and asked if he did... Colin and Caroline are absolute legends. Can’t believe I only discovered them recently!
Had a session with Colin following up prolotherapy with Dr Stefan Praet. Colin was extremely well researched, thorough and efficient with string hands. Felt better than I had in weeks. Despite the pain, can’t wait to get back to more healing. Many thanks Steve
