I saw what ratings this business was averaging and I just had to do a review. Firstly Dr Shaun Zhai is not only an exceptional neurologist but also a wonderful human being. He has spent so much time on the phone, even on a Sunday. He organised a procedure as well and all this before we even had a paid appointment. Dr Roopa is very knowledgeable, caring and thorough. I feel listened to and she respects my knowledge of my condition while still explaining my procedures step by step during treatment. From my medical experiences I know treating pain is not a one solution for all, and Dr Roopa makes the effort to explore my options with me.
Very grateful for this clinic and their services.
1/5 – Terrible experience. Would not recommend. Very disappointed with this clinic. We called beforehand and were told the consultation would cost $430, but after the appointment we were charged a shocking $745. When we questioned it, we were told it was because the patient doesn’t have Medicare. Why wasn’t this clearly explained when we specifically called to ask about the price? Don’t waste your money. I saw Dr Roopa yesterday for a pain consult. I wanted to do the final step off a drug that has horrible side effects. She tried to prescribe an even more horrific drug that is very well known for causing Dementia, plus an anti inflammatory. She asked if I have a Psychologist. I’m not a mental patient, my body went through a catastrophic accident! A bit of empathy wouldn’t go astray in her line of work.
