Neurologist Dr Shaun Zhai provided excellent support and information regarding a neurological disorder. His communication skills are great; he explained clearly the situation and best approach for handling it. The centre also has diagnostic equipment, which Dr Zhai used to get further data on what was happening. He passed information on to us - and our GP - regarding the medical, physiotherapy and OT follow up activities required. Highly recommend Dr Zhai.

Saw Dr Shaun Zhai for a second visit this week. Such a waste of money. He refused to answer my questions about his diagnosis which had come up after the last visit. He once again suggested I did my research on the internet to learn more about the condition he diagnosed and treatment options. I suggested that was why I was seeing him. He then told me to seek help from allied health but couldn’t tell me what they would do. He did tell me that even if I did get treatment it may not help the condition and didn’t offer any other ... read more

Dr Yash rescheduled three times due to his overseas travels. When I finally got in 9 months later I was 10 minutes late, I drove 3 hours to attend and got a bit lost finding the clinic. I was treated rudely and charged a $200 no show fee while Dr Yash stood behind the counter and refused the consult. How about I charge for the 3 appointments rescheduled the day before. A year getting more unwell waiting and rescheduled was very difficult. I can not recommend Dr Yash.
