My experience with Canberra Property Partners has been quite disappointing. The level of professionalism was lacking, especially in communication and attention to detail. Amy, in particular, showed a clear lack of care in managing tenant issues, and important matters were often neglected or mishandled. As a tenant, I felt overlooked and not properly supported. I wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.
As the renter, I have found Canberra Property Partners challenging to work with. I’ve had a few scenarios where I’ve advised them of the property showing damage (eg. Roof leaks). They have failed to contact me back. We have tried to do our best and be forthcoming as the owners deserve honesty. But we been left frustrated as we want to alert the owners as we don’t want any damage to their property. I would not trust them to take care of my property having been on the other end.
