Called to check stock on supplies and the lady hung up on me because I didn't think it was necessary to provide my address to check stock. Very bizzare.
In an industry of rogues it is great to finally meet a pool provider who is of high integrity, product knowledge and customer service. If you want an honest, no pressure, genuine experience use these guys. Any business who doesn't need to market in this space is worth their weight in gold.
Very nice shop to visit for all your pool problems. The personnell are very friendly and helpfull and no problem are to big to help you with or to give you the right advise. Keep it up. Well done
