Please ignore my previous rant re trying to book my pup into Canberra Pet Stylists. They have since gone out of their way to fix the problem, which I really appreciate. I’m pleased as they’ve always done a great job with grooming our dogs, even the difficult ones!!
I’ve just had a very unpleasant experience with Canberra Pet Stylists. There were difficulties in booking my puppy in for a groom as I could not change the name from my daughter’s older dog, registered in the system, to my new pup. This was important as they’d banned the older dog for biting, even though he doesn’t have any teeth!! Anyway, I told them that the system wasn’t working and asked if they could help, to change the name over for the pup having the groom.
