I used to use these guys to spray our house each year, protecting it from all sorts of critters, but especially wasps which liked to make multiple beats in our gutters. Recently we used their services again, and their prices were double what they were two years ago! And most annoyingly, they didn't tell us the price beforehand. It seems that since Flick bought them, they've increased their prices. We won't be going back to use their services again - you're better off going with a small, local, pest control specialist.

Absolutely horrible customer service for wasp hive removal. I was quoted a price and despite having sent them an image of the hive the removalist charged me double the price once they attended the location. The hive has not been removed and it appears the wasps are still there. I would not trust this company at all.

Don’t waste your money. $298 bucks for “rodent service” which you can do yourself. All the tech did was place 3 bait stations one under sink, one in pantry and one next to fridge (you can get these for $33 bucks from Bunnings) and tell me about weep holes. Didn’t even take his filthy shoes off. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Didn’t check garage properly and said looks pretty tight and secure. Both sides of garage door have big entry points. Have used Canberra Pest Control many times over the years but my latest experience was a complete failure. After hearing noises in the ceiling of one room day and night which was gradually increasing I called Canberra Pest Control. The first technician had a look with the torch on his phone and said that the problem was mice / rats and set up two bait stations. ** As an edit** The below post was written when this was a stand alone company, the last time we used this business I booked in for 9am on a Saturday morning, the technician didn't turn up until 10:30 as the time was changed on his end with no consultation with myself. WILL NOT USE AGAIN Dale and Liam came out to treat my Trophy shop over the weekend. They were on time, thorough and well presented. They explained to me exactly what they were treating and where.
