Had a great experience with Andy from Canberra MINI Garage when buying our new MINI. Emailed a number of dealers between Canberra & Sydney to see if we could make a deal. This was on the Friday of a long weekend. The only dealer I heard from was Andy. There was a small amount of negotiating with a trade in - sight unseen. Took my Mini in for a service with an error/service warning on dashboard and broken windscreen wiper rubber and told them I’d just changed the oil. Paid for the full service - a hefty $1200. Left with the error still on the dashboard because that’s not included in the full service - that requires a separate ‘diagnostic test’. Changing the windscreen wiper rubber also not included in the full service. But the oil was replaced at double the normal price.
