Hands down the worst after sales customer service I have had in over a decade of being in the industry. Gavin has not once followed up on something he has said he would without several phone calls. And I have now been sent horrendously overpriced invoices for repairs I was told we're covered by warranty on drop off. I love my machine but have been repeatedly let down since the day my payment cleared.
Now that the previous manager that put a nasty taste in everybody's mouth has moved on, I'm willing to give this company another go and im glad i did. For their sake, hopefully the bridges can be repaired.
