Was a robbery of a consultation fee. Almost $200 for a 5 minute session to tell me everything I got told at the dentist and to go home and ‘discuss my options with my family’ when Im a 20 year old who can 1, make and pay for my own decisions and 2, had already talked to my family, friends and dentist about what I wanted to get done.
I can’t recommend Dr Park enough. Been coming here for a few years now and I am always looked after extremely well. The admin staff are always lovely and Dr Park has been professional, kind and understanding. She also gives you the honest truth about your situation and I really like that. I always know she has my best interests at heart. Highly recommend.
Very poor admin/patient scheduling and cancellations. Travelled there this morning but was told on the spot the appointment is cancelled, though having received a reminder the day before.
