Very poor admin/patient scheduling and cancellations. Travelled there this morning but was told on the spot the appointment is cancelled, though having received a reminder the day before.
I have had several implants done here with great success. Oral sedation is so simple and effective.
Highly recommended coming to CIPC I spent a bit of time liaising with Christine on reception she is very kind and very efficient, We saw Dr Park for a consultation today. She is very professional,empathetic and very patient. We are so grateful to have been to this clinic!
Do not go here. I was referred here by my dentist for a gum graft consultation, as I am experiencing gum recession on one tooth. I waited over 6 months for my appointment with Dr Park. When my appointment came, they changed the time on me, and I could no longer make it. I had to wait an additional 8 or so months for an appointment. Over a year, ridiculous. When I finally get my appointment, Dr Park tells me that a gum graft for recession on just one tooth is not worth it, as there is only a 70% chance of success, and as the ... read more
This place has absolutely terrible communication. The front desk staff are rude and very unhelpful. I was quoted around $10k so I expect better service. Having to deal with such awful staff has made me go elsewhere. Dr Peake himself is arrogant and egotistical. I do not recommend this place at all.
