Lovely and efficient staff. Clean place. No waiting time. Easy car park. Overall a very good experience.
As The designated driver and family member of someone who was receiving an Important guided spinal injection. I found the location, "BRUCE Health hub". (everything now is the new HUB buzzword) even with GPS. hard to find, harder to park. confusing boom gates. (dented my door tying to reach for a ticket) .confusing entry and exits. ended up $7. As for the procedure and Doctors I cant really comment. I was prepared to wait , as it is a delicate procedure. I hope mums pain gets better from it. As for the location, its a miracle... read more
This morning I had my first MRI scan at Canberra Imaging in Bruce (University of Canberra - Health Hub). The receptionist that served me and the technician I had who was called, Daniella were both friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Before my appointment, I called the clinic to enquire about whether there were any ways to help ease my anxiety on the day. I spoke with a lovely person called, “May” who offered some helpful suggestions and who also asked if there was anything the clinic could do to help ease my anxiety.... read more
Can be a bit confusing to find the entrance - it's outside, next to the coffee shop. UC parking is paid if you're there for over an hour, and CIG can't validate your ticket - probably best to drive out and drive back in if you'll be longer.
