This morning I had my first MRI scan at Canberra Imaging in Bruce (University of Canberra - Health Hub). The receptionist that served me and the technician I had who was called, Daniella were both friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Before my appointment, I called the clinic to enquire about whether there were any ways to help ease my anxiety on the day. Can be a bit confusing to find the entrance - it's outside, next to the coffee shop. UC parking is paid if you're there for over an hour, and CIG can't validate your ticket - probably best to drive out and drive back in if you'll be longer.
Had a Cortisone injection done on 7/11 and this was my first time getting this procedure done, I was very nervous. In session I asked a few questions where I was met with blunt short sharp rudeness from the doctor. I was in no way questioning the doctor’s ability I was just curious about the procedure being done to me. I left that procedure more nervous than when I walked in. They have an aversion to answering clients calls. But don’t worry, you can book online and it will only take seven days for them to contact you back. After so many years of having my injections done there, I’m quitting.
