I had an exceptional experience with the staff at Gungahlin Imaging today. After submitting an online appointment request, I received confirmation via phone and email within just ten minutes. I was scheduled to arrive at the clinic by 8:30 AM, but I mistakenly arrived at 8:10 AM, unaware that the clinic opened later. My experience was not like some listed. Booking was easy, on arrival they were busy so I waited patiently. The ladies on reception were flat out but I witnessed and experienced professional, friendly service. My technician for my ultrasound was amazing and lovely, considerate and efficient. No issues with returning here in the future.
I had a disappointing experience at Canberra Imaging Clinic at Gungahlin. The two receptionists at the front desk, including the office manager (a lady with white hair), were extremely rude and unprofessional. Their behaviour made the visit unpleasant and unwelcoming. Fortunately, I was able to speak with the state manager, who was professional, polite, and genuinely concerned about the issue. Longer wait times and worst customer service than Centrelink. Almost impossible to book anything more than two weeks in advance. Absolutely ridiculous.
