Trying to see my results has been excruciating. Have tried at least 10 times, changing my password not just now. It over the years have to get results from my doctor very dissatisfied customer

I had an exceptional experience with the staff at Gungahlin Imaging today. After submitting an online appointment request, I received confirmation via phone and email within just ten minutes. I was scheduled to arrive at the clinic by 8:30 AM, but I mistakenly arrived at 8:10 AM, unaware that the clinic opened later. Nevertheless, a staff member kindly opened the door for me and began processing my information even before the official opening time. The level of customer service was highly professional. My experience was not like some listed. Booking was easy, on arrival they were busy so I waited patiently. The ladies on reception were flat out but I witnessed and experienced professional, friendly service. My technician for my ultrasound was amazing and lovely, considerate and efficient. No issues with returning here in the future.
