[Edit Nov 25: changed from 1 to 4 ... had a bad experience 18 months ago but visited again this week and things were much better this time] [early 2024 >>] Not helpful. My wife received a text requesting an online referral be uploaded, however it is being sent directly to them from her doctor. They couldn't check on it there and didn't seem interested in working it out. The only alternative to sort this out is to by phone and it's a 30+ wait.

Trying to see my results has been excruciating. Have tried at least 10 times, changing my password not just now. It over the years have to get results from my doctor very dissatisfied customer

Thank you so much. They are very helpful and my appointment was canceled 20 minutes, and then I call them. There was very kind, and thay give me another appointment and there was very helpful. Thank you so much.

I had an exceptional experience with the staff at Gungahlin Imaging today. After submitting an online appointment request, I received confirmation via phone and email within just ten minutes. I was scheduled to arrive at the clinic by 8:30 AM, but I mistakenly arrived at 8:10 AM, unaware that the clinic opened later. Nevertheless, a staff member kindly opened the door for me and began processing my information even before the official opening time. The level of customer service was highly professional.
