I’ve nothing but positive interactions having had several different types of imaging done at this clinic. From arriving to departing everyone helpful and courteous
I waited 30 mins on hold to be told my urgent ultrasound could not be booked for 6 weeks. Even though they have 11 sites. I found another appointment in 1 day at another imaging group. Don't even bother going to these guys.
Had a very bad experience.Terrible reception,So racist,discriminative and unbelievebly rude.Being a doctor I regret that I have recommended this place to anyone so far. Doctors and patients please avoid this place.
The worst experience we ever had. My wife made an appointment for MRI and they booked it. When we went for appointment they said we need to go to Belconnen for getting rebate otherwise we need to pay full amount. My wife took day off from work and went there on a cab for this appointment. The receptionist admitted it was there mistake but was reluctant to conduct MRI
