Asked if they could email my receipt and they said they would. When I didn't receive it I called and asked again and they said they don't and can't email receipts! Who in 2026 cannot email receipts? Additionally the woman I spoke to really didn't care it was more about how difficult it was for her. I sent my complaint to your email, but no one replied to me. It seems that this is how you treat guests who have complained before.
Partner had a dating scan booked. Referral in hand. Tech refused to do the scan because partner had already rough date from an emergency scan. Dating scan was requested by her regular Dr, and was requested after the emergency scan. Flat out refused, tech said she couldn't do it because partner had previous scan. We have now missed the time frame for that scan. I'm now attempting to cancel her future scans with this mob, but so far no luck as no one seems to answer the phones Avoid at all costs
Came for a proper dating ultrasound, they were rude, dismissing and refused to actually listen, ended up missing out because they heard we had done a scan before, which was a rushed one because I had a heterotopic pregnancy where they were focused on my tubes and not bub, was complete guess what. I refuse to come here again
Do yourself a favour, skip this place and go straight to the hospital next door. We went heree for an xray referral. Met with dismissive attitude unbecoming of the health care sector. Went next door to the Canberra Hospital where it was bulk billed and we received great service.
