I booked CIG in Erindale for a foot X-ray on Friday 27th June 2025. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist who was going out of her way to solve a problem for the patient in front of me. The appointment was on time which is always a bonus and the radiographer was extremely kind and helpful while doing her work. I don’t usually write reviews but having read a number of negative ones from a while ago, before my appointment, I thought I should let people know my experience was great.
Sam at Canberra imaging was amazing. Compassionate , thorough and went above and beyond to assist me. When I needed a subsequent urgent appointment based on results Sam and the team went above and beyond to accommodate. Extremely grateful for the support and service.
There was a long queue at reception, only one out of 2 people at reception were dealing with it and the other one was sitting and watching.
I took my mum for scans recently. The office staff were really lovely, efficient and helpful. They were friendly to each other and patients as well. It was refreshing to step into such a relaxed, happy environment. I'm not sure of the name of the man who did the first scan but he was also friendly and helpful and allowed me to come in and help mum because she struggles with mobility. I had an appointment for an ultrasound this morning and the service was great. I asked for an X-ray (I hadn’t booked) and I got one within 10 minutes. The lady on the reception desk was lovely, very helpful and friendly. The person who did my ultrasound, Sam, what can I say, he was amazing. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and super friendly, we had a chat and a laugh throughout the appointment, it was a great start to the day. Would definitely recommend
