Friendly staff, never have to wait long. Explain procedures in plan and easy to under stand terms.
Very kind staff who always go the extra mile, phone staff especially do all they can to assist with appointments bookings and are lovely to deal with. Most staff at reception are lovely too, the doctors and radiologists also explain everything clearly and are responsive to concerns and/or queries without rushing you. I am a repeat customer at Deakin and highly recommend. Thanks in particular to Trish (phone booking) for really looking after my appointment requests for January 2026, you are a gem!!
The staff at Canberra Imaging Deakin are always so nice to deal with. The Reception staff are always efficient, and the mammographers and sonographers have always been very kind to me. Thank you!
My experience with the Deakin office of Canberra Imaging Group was seamless. They book in system is simple and the admin staff were courteous and efficient for me. The appointment ran on time and the sonographer was kind and gentle. Exit, payment and medicare benefit process was also simple. Will definitely use again. (The Wilson Car park app was handy for parking.)
Awful - yep i made a mistake - then left me waiting while they discussed other duties and issues before saying they couldnt help out - terrible customer service
