Today I attended the facility at Calvary Private Hospital. I had a Bone scan checking for metastatic cancer. Alex the technician was a delightful and respectful young man, I wish him all the best that life can give. Thank you CIG
Bit of a theme looking at older reviews. My wife tried to attend today for a scan. Her booking was for 12:00 and she arrived at 12:05 after struggling to find a car park. Waited in the waiting room till 12:45 at which point she was told she cant be fitted in anymore. For a scan that you need to book for, meaning they should have held the time for the patient. Lovely staff hard to get parking
Very bad service. Asked me to come all the way to bruce from tuggeranong which takes around 25 minutes and when i reach there, They are like sorry we can't fit you in. Bunch of unprofessional and racism. Never ever going back there.
Had an MRI and needed sedation due to claustrophobia. I was so well looked after and the staff were amazing from Reception to the Dr, Radiologist, and Nurse. Highly recommend this location. Thank you
