I attended for an MRI today on crutches, alone, and in significant pain after a long walk from the car. I forgot my referral, which I understand was my responsibility, however the complete lack of empathy and dismissive attitude from Leanne was distressing and left me in tears. When I said I would call my doctor, I was met with further attitude and was spoken about judgementally to another receptionist. Today I attended the facility at Calvary Private Hospital. I had a Bone scan checking for metastatic cancer. Alex the technician was a delightful and respectful young man, I wish him all the best that life can give. Thank you CIG
Bit of a theme looking at older reviews. My wife tried to attend today for a scan. Her booking was for 12:00 and she arrived at 12:05 after struggling to find a car park. Waited in the waiting room till 12:45 at which point she was told she cant be fitted in anymore. For a scan that you need to book for, meaning they should have held the time for the patient. Lovely staff hard to get parking
Very bad service. Asked me to come all the way to bruce from tuggeranong which takes around 25 minutes and when i reach there, They are like sorry we can't fit you in. Bunch of unprofessional and racism. Never ever going back there.
