Very greatful.
I was told to report to the ED by my GP, expecting a wait of over an hour I was seen to much quicker than I expected. All the staff were friendly and caring. I cant remember the nurses name but she went out of her way to offer me something to eat, which I thought was really nice. The Doctor who saw to me Dr N.Moudgil made me feel at ease and cared for. I had to write a review after the Dr took a call from me and helped with some advice the next day. Thankyou TCH ED team : )
Very quick response team
The situation at Canberra’s public hospital emergency departments is deeply concerning. While we fully acknowledge how hard the medical staff are working, this goes far beyond being simply “busy.” The system itself is fundamentally inefficient and broken. Waiting 4 to 6 hours just to get an X-ray, followed by another 1 to 2 hours to see a doctor, is not acceptable in any modern healthcare setting.
