This is a 1star for the reception staff. Called in the morning to double check my apt as I didn’t receive a confirmation. Took them 10 minutes to find my name in their system as it had been “misplaced” … Emailed them my referral after being told I could bring it in and when I got here the nurse said she didn’t have it and I infact had been given the wrong email by reception. Can you respond to claims that one of your doctor's was just convicted and deregistered for several rapes? What's being done to check if patients were attacked?

This is the worst medical practice I have ever had to deal with. Cancelled my appointment with three days' notice - I understand that these things happen, but they refused to talk to me to answer my questions about the next steps for me, did not answer their phones, was promised a call from the practice manager and then told it wouldn't be happening, was promised a phone consult with the cardiologist the next day which never happened, no communication as to when it would happen, and have not yet answered my emails about what... read more

My experience with Canberra Heart Rhythm has been a positive one. The staff and Dr Pathak have been extremely helpful and have solved my heart issue after an ablation surgery. I have additional needs where I can’t have an MRI and Dr Pathak was able to work around the issue this presented. A daunting issue was dealt with professionally and I am extremely grateful for all the help I received.
