Good referral service. Very prompt , you can see a counsellor or psychologist The only Negative is there might not be a psychologist available. And they are short staffed.
Started out getting help, was put into the too hard basket and constantly reminded that its only short term service so i need to move on, even though I'm in dire need for help, I was made to feel I had to leave then told it was my decision....another fallen through the cracks
The day workers there today were extremely compassionate, validating individuals, more than willing to help. It's a great self referral/walk in service that offers same day support where it's needed and they have the capacity. Much appreciate the staff there.
Would highly recommend this place. They have helped me a lot in a short amount of time. Staff that i have dealt with were most helpful, caring and supportive and empathetic.
