I called hoping to speak with a clinician about serious mental health concerns involving my son and myself. I was clear, open, and explained the situation in depth over 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the response I received was mostly surface-level empathy (‘oh, I feel for you’) with no actual direction or support offered. I’ve been through so many services but these guys are actually worth it they’re so patient and willing to work with your needs.

Good referral service. Very prompt , you can see a counsellor or psychologist The only Negative is there might not be a psychologist available. And they are short staffed.

Started out getting help, was put into the too hard basket and constantly reminded that its only short term service so i need to move on, even though I'm in dire need for help, I was made to feel I had to leave then told it was my decision....another fallen through the cracks
