Absolutely wonderful experience with this service. Never felt like I was being rushed, or judged, and staff were always welcoming, and I always felt heard, not just partially listened to and brushed off.
I called hoping to speak with a clinician about serious mental health concerns involving my son and myself. I was clear, open, and explained the situation in depth over 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the response I received was mostly surface-level empathy (‘oh, I feel for you’) with no actual direction or support offered. I was also told they weren’t allowed to offer clinical insight due to policy restrictions. I’ve been through so many services but these guys are actually worth it they’re so patient and willing to work with your needs.
Good referral service. Very prompt , you can see a counsellor or psychologist The only Negative is there might not be a psychologist available. And they are short staffed.
