I have recently purchased 2 cars from NCM recently and 2 Suzuki's 8 years ago. I have had a fantastic experience both times. My recent ute was with Thomas and my recent Ora EV with Ez. Both guys were super friendly, not pushy and very helpful. It makes a big difference when you are a single woman shopping on her own for a car. My experience was very positive and I highly recommend NCM for anyone wanting to purchase a car. All the team have been great and that included the service team for my first services.

I purchased a used Nissan Navara from this dealership about six months ago. Overall, I didn’t experience any major mechanical issues, which I was happy about. However, after a few regular washes, a large number of scratches and swirl marks started to appear on the paint. It became clear that some cosmetic “make-up” had been done prior to the sale. The used car I bought here started showing a TPMS warning just two months later, and the light stayed on even after I replaced all four tyres. The rear camera had been glued on as a temporary fix and eventually fell off. When I took the car to a Subaru service centre, they showed me multiple repair stickers on the door, meaning the car had a long history of problems. Selling a car like this is absolutely irresponsible and shows a complete lack of integrity.
