Kim and jj had been a great individuals for all the documentations and finalising everything on my new car, they are approachable and very friendly where I even had to send them messages apart from their office hours but they promptly gave me replies every time I needed. Thank you for being more than a professional You guys are amazing:)
If I could give 0 stars I would. NCM across ACT have the most abhorrent customer service. I’ve never been more appalled by the way they have treated me as a customer (taking my $500 deposit and never ordering my car) and now treating my NDIS client with the most utter disrespect. Shame
The booking website kept crashing so I couldn't tell if I had successfully booked a service till I got a text the day before. When they did the service they told me my tyres were worn down to 1mm on the front and 3mm at the rear and should be replaced soon. I said that they told me that last time so when I had a puncture 5 months ago I bought 4 brand new expensive tyres, so how can they be that worn? That's impossible.
