The booking website kept crashing so I couldn't tell if I had successfully booked a service till I got a text the day before. When they did the service they told me my tyres were worn down to 1mm on the front and 3mm at the rear and should be replaced soon. I said that they told me that last time so when I had a puncture 5 months ago I bought 4 brand new expensive tyres, so how can they be that worn? That's impossible. One of the worst experiences i have ever had in my life . Long story short : i bought used car 4 months ago ( 2013 model) from Greenway National capital . last week service was due so i took my car to dealer for services and found out that car had a lot of faulty components and all of them are pre existing. They knew about it but never addressed me about the issue instead they told me everything is smooth and no issue at all. I just bought my new GWM from the wonderful team at National Capital Motors Tugg. Thomas and Morris made me feel so comfortable and welcome with their knowledge and honesty. The service from Thomas had me sold on my now new vehicle from the get go !! Morris your finance guy made it smooth sailing with quick approval even with my husband being overseas to certify joint approval !! Easy hand over, with a thorough understanding of my new car !! I can not thank the team enough for their service !! I love my new car !!
