The Canberra Fitness’s Centre has welcoming community feel. The trainers are highly skilled in fitness and health. Working with clients to help build strength and fitness. I’ve been going to CFC for several years and highly recommend them to anyone that wants to learn about building your fitness while having fun.
Fantastic facility with wonderful trainers who are caring, supportive and motivational. Jacqui is professional but fun and so knowledgeable. I'm so glad I found Canberra Fitness Centre/Bump It Up to support me getting back into exercising again, just wish I had of found them sooner!
Started working out at CFC after a long time away from training. Nerves were quickly replaced through fun and supportive workouts. Great trainers and fantastic people who attend the classes. No judgement, no egos, no waiting for equipment, just a wonderful training environment.
My ideal gym is one that is welcoming and supportive, with people that push you, but still ensure you have fun. This gym ticks all those boxes and more. Canberra Fitness Centre has a community gym feel, where everyone is there to workout, do their best, stay healthy and support each other, while continuously laughing and having fun! The Bump It Up pregnancy classes are the ONLY exercise I’ve ever enjoyed (pregnant or not!). It’s so much fun, it’s a joy to move my body. Jacqui and her team are experts in exercise during and after pregnancy so I felt really safe. Even when it became painful to walk and move during my third pregnancy, Jacqui made sure I was strengthening the muscles that would help and coaching me to move in a way that wouldn’t make my pain worse.
