Amazing results, fantastic team. After 30 years of poor vision, I can see even better than I imagined possible. From the first appointment, I was kept informed and comfortable. The reception staff are phenomenal and welcoming, the consulting optometrist/ophthalmologist is incredibly knowledgeable and informative, and the surgery team are remarkable. Only 5 stars because I’m not able to give more.
2 months after surgery. Best thing I ever did. - the process to arrange the procedure was simple; two short consultations then the procedure - the procedure was basically the laser (less than a minute, painless) followed by some manual work to remove a piece of tissue (a few minutes, a bit stressful but painless) - eyes were very lubricated and covered afterwards. The staff at this place are extremely rude and terrible, if I were the surgeon I would fire both the receptionist Rowena and the consult women. I have wanted to get my eyes done here because I know the Dr is the best in Canberra but the staff have turned me off so much. Rude, unhelpful, worst customer service ever especially Rowena 😤 its very sad. As I said I know the Dr is amazing my family members have had their eyes corrected there, but also said they were extremely unhappy with the treatment from other staff at the clin... read more
I had SMILE a few months ago at Canberra Eye Laser. I can't thank the team enough for everything, from booking my appointment, to surgery day, to follow up appointments. I am so grateful for the level of care I received.
An outstanding experience all-round! Rowana at the front desk is approachable, knowledgeable and very helpful. The team of medical staff are professional and incredibly capable. Dr Gagan Khannah knew exactly what he was doing and achieved an awesome result for me.
