I had SMILE a few months ago at Canberra Eye Laser. I can't thank the team enough for everything, from booking my appointment, to surgery day, to follow up appointments. I am so grateful for the level of care I received.
An outstanding experience all-round! Rowana at the front desk is approachable, knowledgeable and very helpful. The team of medical staff are professional and incredibly capable. Dr Gagan Khannah knew exactly what he was doing and achieved an awesome result for me.
Kind, professional, caring, articulate and attentive in all aspects of my laser treatment. Excellent pre and post care info and follow up. Buy a pair of full cover sunnies at it feels really bright for a while. My eyes were very very dry for about 10 days which scared me - but everything resolved and I now have better-than-perfect vision!
I didn't get surgery here. I emailed them from overseas for a checkup for when i would get there. Although they didn't provide the service i needed, they promptly replied with the information and offered to point towards the services if i needed help. An officer named Rowana was the person who replied. I am amazed by this.
8 months review I would highly recommend this clinic for anyone thinking of corrective eye surgery. I received wonderful care starting with my first interaction with the lovely receptionist Rowana who was always welcoming and tried to accomodate bookings around my schedule.
