Very understanding to cater for all necessary requirements
As tenants we received poor service from the Property Manager. We feel that she purposely withheld information from us which was negatively impactful on our finances. She was slow to respond, rude, misleading & unprofessional. It took 6 months of continuously chasing her up for information or even a response, for us to be able to finalise our dealings with this company.
