Awkward customer service. They are all about quick easy fixes, lots of patients in and out. If you don't fit the easy pain mould they'll drop you in a click.
I had an initial appointment with a dietitian who promised they would send me a detailed meal plan and follow up after. Two months later, I still haven’t received anything. I don’t see the point of paying $150+ for a chat and no help.

Highly recommend coming here and seeing Erica Hogg. I have been suffering from back issues and entrapped nerves from the neck into the hands for years, and no one has been able to help. In the short time I have been seeing Erica, she has solved many of the issues I have had and given me my mobility back!
I’ve had a few treatments from Dr Brenton Ashley-Cooper and he is very effective. His after treatment following up is exceptional. He really cares about his patients and has a genuine passion for his work and making sure his patients have full unencumbered mobility.
