Do not use this company, they will steal your car and never pay you. I organised with Canberra Car Removals to have my car collected on 13/01/23 after being offered $300-400 for it. They took my bank details on collection and assured me money would be payed by the end of day. It has been several weeks, I have called and emailed so many times and had to resort to using a different phone just so they would answer. Picked up my car a week ago, payment was finally made(3 weeks) It shouldn't take so long.
Warning. Still No payment after 8 days now. Get no response from the email and the contact guy who scheduled the car towed.
Have the tow guy on camera taking the car and saying payment will be made within the hour, took the vehicle and left and blocked my number. What a disgrace. Lost $600. This is a scam company don't not use. Update: after sending an email to them I actually received the amount due. Was genuinely surprised, still would not recommend but would also say not a scam business
