BEWARE Do not use this company or BB's Towing! They are nothing but THIEVES! Filled out online enquiry regarding Mirage pickup. Recieved a call immediately from Daniel offering us $300. I offered to drive to his yard while the car still had rego but he advised there was no need and he would collect. Do not recommend to use - not to be trusted on quote, or process. I called & gave car details & was provided an estimated quote by one guy & then texted same info to manager same car details who committed to getting close to the quote. Tow truck turns up without notice & if I hadn’t been home would have just taken car. Then, the same manager offered half of top quote, claiming first guy wrote wrong type of car down, but manager had details in writing, car was as it had been described.
