The person I spoke to would not refund one nights accommodation, the money was taken out of my credit card before I arrived. Upon check in I told the receptionist that I was only going to be staying one night, not two, because I was racing back to the Gold Coast from Phillip Island due to the cyclone as I needed to prepare my house. However, I was told they "do not do refunds" and under the circumstances I could have a credit that I could use within twelve months. I thought that was unethical not to mention disgusting. We stayed for two weeks. Had trouble accessing our villa as key code was incorrect and we needed to wait for a staff member to come and open lock box. The two people after us in same boat and this was consistent over the two weeks! No one at reception - maybe rethink this role. Our villa was clean and the cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. We couldn't turn on air conditioner so staff helped us. Had to keep turning off as noisy and cold. Fan not functioning at all. Double windows but nery noisy traffic. Washing machine... read more
What a fantastic setup and reasonably priced. The room was well maintained and very comfortable.
Very well located with five minute walk to shops and interesting cafes/restaurants. Studio clean, kitchenette with basic equipment for food preparation or heating, full sized fridge, small clean and functional bathroom, communal BBQ and picnic tables, good roads into Canberra, good value for money and excellent commu cation
Love staying at Canberra Villas. Never disappoints. Very comfortable, clean and spacious. Thankyou once again.
