Extremely Disappointed After months of waiting for confirmation from Canberra Automotive Refinishers, I’m beyond frustrated. There has been zero communication despite multiple follow-ups on my end. I understand businesses can get busy, but being left completely in the dark with no updates or timeline is unacceptable. If you value your time and want reliable service, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism.
My car got rear-ended, so everything done via insurance. Damage inspection, quote and repairs were straightforward, and even cleaned my car inside out - great service 👍
