I chose this repairer from the list that NRMA provided and I’m glad I did because the experience was seamless, staffs were great and helpful, very easy to contact and was very patient with me, minimal waiting time for an appointment. Really happy with the result, super attentive to details both inside and outside of the car, more that what I expected tbh.

We were referred to this repairer through NRMA Insurance after lodging our claim on 28 April. Our first inspection was booked for 30 April, and the inspection report was uploaded to NRMA by 6 May. Most of the waiting time was actually on the insurance approval and parts ordering side rather than the repairer. Once approval came through, parts took around two weeks to arrive before we could book the repair. The actual repair started on 15 June and was completed within just three days. I unfortunately had to use their service for repairs on my 2021 Tesla Model 3 SR+ after it was stuck by a kangaroo. I didn't have a choice in repairer as the Insurance company (CommInsure) decided. The Canberra Automotive Refinshers left automotive glue on the carpet in the boot and a new paint scratch on the front left bumper. They obviously don't care about their workmanship. Very concerning experience. While walking on a public path, a dog on the property was off-leash and behaved aggressively—barking, lunging, and trying to get at me despite me not engaging or even looking at it. If there hadn’t been a fence, this could have been dangerous. The owners made no effort to control the dog or correct its behaviour. This is irresponsible and creates a real safety risk for pedestrians. Please manage and train your dog properly. Multiple staff were sitting there doing nothing.
