My car was parked in a school parking lot when their snow plows scratched the hood of my car blowing snow on it. I have $800 in damages. There were witnesses. The company has ignored every phone call I made. Why the City of Montreal or anyone else would pay for their inept work is beyond me. I can't get reimbursed for the damages. Really not fair. Disgusting.

Horrible service. Despise this company. Snow plow scratches a rental car i had at the time, with witnesses and they ignore every attempt I have made to reach out to them to get details for my claim. Looks like they hire snow plow operators without drivers licenses, since this is what they keep failing to provide me with. If your town uses them for your streets, be very cautious as you will end up paying for their shitty employees that clearly need more training.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the snow removal service in my area. On February 17th, a snow removal truck was clearing the sidewalk in front of Ispahan Restaurant (1777 rue Centre, Montreal), and in the process, it caused significant damage to our restaurant’s sign. To make matters worse, the truck removed the sign entirely. There was no contact information provided on the truck, making it impossible to get in touch with the responsible party.
