I had a great experience at Canarsie Family Dental. The entire team was incredibly kind and professional. They made my Invisalign process completely seamless, taking the time to explain each step and making sure I was comfortable throughout the journey. This is one of the worst orthodontic practices I've ever seen. The doctor walks around like she's the be all and end all of orthodontists. Tried to tell me that I would benefit from invisalign treatment, while i am sitting in the room with my kids, yet I was already wearing my trays. To top it off, this person that calls herself a doctor tried belittling the young lady sitting closest to the door when she was trying to speak to a patient about payments. All of the staff members were very pleasant and nice, the ambience in the office was relaxing. I waited less than 10 mins before I was called in to see the dentist/doctor.
