What a seamless experience! I’m renovating a bathroom and I felt totally overwhelmed with the different brands, styles and prices. Fabio helped us a lot and answered all of our questions. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. I got great products with great prices. I’m definitely going back for the future projects.

When I had an issue with my instant hot tank the customer service found it was under warranty, and guided me through the process of getting the needed pictures and barcodes so they could forward the claim. Once completed the new tank was received in less than a week. Great customer service.
We have worked with Canaroma for years now for the supply of fixtures for our custom homes. Gino and Mike in sales are experienced and excellent to work with. The extensive selection they have is second to none. What really sets Canaroma apart is their customer service. I want to especially mention Pat - the Service Manager. His care and commitment to the customer experience is exceptional. While the instances are rare, we have on a couple of occasions received new pieces that were damaged.
