Horrible customer service, if you need tech support, expect your calls to be screened by both guys in that department. No problems with product, but the phone needs to be answered.
As a mechanical engineer, my experience with Canarm is with their commercial HVAC equipment, specifically their Delhi blowers, fans and heavy-duty air-moving hardware.
