They hold your results hostage until your patience runs out or your health gets worse. First 10 weeks, then more delays — unless you pay extra. The worst and most unethical service I’ve ever experienced.
Very bad experience, you have to pay all the scan together but they give your receipts in 3 parts in different weeks so you can't get your money back from the insurance at the same time, they need 10 weeks to give you the results but if you pay more they can give it to you immediately, that's mean wait for almost 3 months is your punishment for don't pay them extra.
