Yesterday, I witnessed one of their medics at Union Station remove a woman from the train in a wheelchair when she clearly needed a stretcher. She had a pseudo seizure and fell on her leg that was already in a knee brace from a torn meniscus. Patient claimed to have dislocated her knee. Patient had to hold her own dislocated knee while in a wheel chair… If you don’t have stretchers at Union Station, get one immediately.
I had a great experience at Canaphem! I went there for a mask fitting test, and everything went smoothly. The staff is professional and the environment is clean and well-organized.
