I haven't been impressed with the Canandaigua Veterinary Hospital for a while. Two years ago, I took my dog in for her annual exam. At that time, I told both the assistant and the vet about her ears, her constantly shaking her head. Nothing was done. I was told just to watch her. Three months later, I had to take her back and they finally swabbed her ears. She had quite significant ear infections in both ears. They are always friendly and helpful. But mainly, they all handle both of my somewhat difficult, socially inept (but beautiful) dogs. I’m always nervous to take them, but once we get there I remember how good they are with my babies! Attentive to my animals and understanding when one of them is sick or has an issue. Highly recommend!
So nice here, they take great care of my pets, very compassionate!
