Had a bad fall and needed stitches for my toe. I had the most amazing experience. Every single staff member from the lady at the front desk to the aids , nurses and Physican Assistant demonstrated optimal humanistic care from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was very nice, the nurse was super nice and the NP was rude, short and condescending. I had a short visit and an xray and they charged me $420.00 for a visit and $511.00 for Xrays. That is not what it said for an average online for that location. This is after hours NOT emergency. I have never had such a charge for an after visit. I called/emailed and they said that's what it is and didn't want to help except to say you can apply for financial aid. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! Canandaigua Urgent Care,
