I don’t understand how the front receptionist does check-in but mis genders and uses wrong pronouns for patients. When it clearly says preferred pronouns on wrist tag. Need more gender inclusive employees nurse super aggressive. Should use more care with patients. Very unprofessional to discharge a patient, then call them about with bad results and make them come back because your in a rush…
I just wanted to say how much I appreciated the staff at the urgent care tonight. I hadn’t seen my middle schooler all day because he had his programs and activities going on and he finally got home later in the night towards 645pm, he had something going on with his chin making it super swollen. I hate going in anywhere last minute and I wasn’t sure exactly how serious this was and I knew I’d stress myself out all night long if someone didn’t look at it. Fantastic care, great people working there, convenient and great location. BUT Obscenely priced. Much too expensive. I just can’t believe how much this place charges.
Brought my girlfriend here this evening, October 13th 2025 5:40pm. What an absolute wonderful staff.. So respectful and caring. Angels do exist.. Thank you Urgent Care Staff! Go Giants 😉
