1/10 for HOLLY GREINER FNP. All other staff 10/10. My experience with my NP and all staff was wonderful but my boyfriends was not the same. We went in together because we had the same symptoms same illness and both had pink eye I was getting over mine and his was starting and we were trying to be proactive because we both work full time and cannot afford to miss work. First off this was the first urgent care they seen me right away. The receptionist was warm and friendly and very knowledgeable! Then the nurse seen me right away and she was great as well! But dr Pitler has to be one of the most friendly and helpful doctors I’ve had in a long time. Explained everything he had to do and made me feel super comfortable! Thanks very much all for the great care
I tried to come in at 7:30pm when they close at 8pm and my daughter was bleeding from her mouth and we were turned away because they were closing. Very unprofessional and defeats the whole purpose of an urgent care. The lady working was also rude when I asked why they were closing early when it’s not 8.
From Mary in registration to Jacob , tech , Kate RN and Dr Sharza… my granddaughter was treated like a family member! They greeted us, chatted, ensured she was comfortable and even said good bye and feel better as we left. What an amazing experience for a 5 year old…
I had surgical site bandage needed changed. They were very helpful in getting it done.
