I tried to come in at 7:30pm when they close at 8pm and my daughter was bleeding from her mouth and we were turned away because they were closing. Very unprofessional and defeats the whole purpose of an urgent care. The lady working was also rude when I asked why they were closing early when it’s not 8.
From Mary in registration to Jacob , tech , Kate RN and Dr Sharza… my granddaughter was treated like a family member! They greeted us, chatted, ensured she was comfortable and even said good bye and feel better as we left. What an amazing experience for a 5 year old…
I had surgical site bandage needed changed. They were very helpful in getting it done.

I visited this facility on June 8th at 11:00 a.m. I received outstanding care from the time I walked through the door until the time I walked out. I had a serious fall in my home and I needed to get my knee , wrist, and ribs checked out. The treatment team did x-rays and assured my confidence in what I needed to do going forward.
