Worst customer service I've ever experienced. In fairness, we interacted with the young teenage boy and a young maybe teen girl. The rest of the staff may be better. But when you're completely ignored and treated like you don't exist when you come back from paddling because the boy is focusing all his attention on the young blondes with paddle boards and beer cans (which were against the rules to have), and the young girl asks a nice looking young man how his time was but hardly even looks at you and only says "you can put y... read more

Steve and Mary are the most gracious kind people. My son is autistic and in 8 years had never been in the lake. They helped make the experience of getting him in the lake and totally loving it, one I will not soon forget. The equipment is amazing and they are so helpful. They even gave my son a t-shirt that he doesn't want to take off:). Can't say enough good things about this family and business!!!!! They truly love helping others and it shows.
